I hope you are doing well,
I’m writing to let you know about an issue in my residency place which is one of your properties. I’m living at 85 Wellesley Street east, Lincoln building, unit 610. Although I’m happy with my unit especially the interior design, and the neighborhood, recent crazy noises are bothering me.
Let me tell you more detail about these noises. The problem started when the new tenant who is living in unit 604 moved in. Most nights, he starts talking loud to himself after midnight and continues this till the next morning. I don’t know if any other neighbor has complained regarding this issue or not, but it is killing me because not only I have lost sleeping time, I cannot focus efficiently on my work the day after.
Would you kindly talk to the tenant and tell him about other residents’ concerns? My suggestion is to install some soundproof walls in case he cannot find any solution to reduce the noise.
