a letter to UNIVERSITY HOUSING OFFICE for giving a room on rent

Dear Sir or Madam ,

I am a Master's degree student in Elizabeth University, currently in 1st semester. I m writing to request you if I could be permitted to stick pamphlets of my rent advertisement in the university premises. I live just across the university campus on west broad street in Hamilton towers . My apartment is a two bedroom area . As its very huge just for me I am thinking to put one room with the balcony on rent . My apartment would be a very convenient option for any student as the commute is a 2 minute walk from university. The room has a queen bed, a study table along with chair and a cupboard a perfect setting for a student. The room has a balcony attached to a private entrance for privacy purposes, Moreover he or she can cook their own meals as i have a fully equipped kitchen. The rent amount is reasonable as compared many of the other communities.
I hope to receive your support in this as i m trying hard to save money for my future set start-up.
