Most people take interviews to elect a person for job. What are the other ways? What do you think is the best way to recruiters new employees?

Recruiting employees is considered to be the most crucial task in the employment sectors. Although a growing number of people prefer taking interviews for the selection of employees, there are other various methods such as written examinations, group discussions, and presentations. I believe giving presentations is the most appropriate way as it not only assess the knowledge of the person but also his suitability for the job.

To begin with, there are a plethora of ways appointing the employees. Firstly, freshers can be employed by written examinations. If there are pen and paper-based exams, which includes short answer, matching, and multiple-choice questions, there would be a better judgment of students in terms of their knowledge and time management. Secondly, group discussions are another way to consider for the selection process. It would be simple to judge a person that how critical he or she can think as well as the thought process of the individuals. Last but not least, to give a presentation is one of these ways recruiting the job seekers with the help of which knowledge of the person can be assessed.

In my opinion, presentations, giving on the digitals, are the most suitable method for recruiting the employees since employers can judge the confidence of the individuals in addition to his or her immense knowledge. Moreover, feedback can also be provided by the other staff members provided that they should be present at the time of presentation. In a number of instances, it can be seen that in developed countries, 70% of managers recruit youngsters based on their performance in presentations.

In conclusion, while interviews are considered to be the most popular method for job employment, other methods: presentations, group discussions, and written examinations have their importance. To my mind, owners had better choose the presentation method.
