Dear Beck,
Hope you are doing well. I am excited to hear that you are coming to visit Ajmer on Friday but unfortunately, I won’t be able to pick you from the airport as communicated earlier due to some official commitments. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate I had applied for a full day leave to pick you from the airport and then take you to various tourist attractions spots but unfortunately, a delegation of customers from Japan is visiting our office. Since I am the technical head my presence is required during the business meeting. Although I tried to my best to skip the meeting however the company management needs me inside the meeting for a couple of hours.
As a part of an alternative arrangement, I will send my driver to the airport who will be waiting for you at the arrival lounge. Additionally, he will be accompanying you to some alluring tourist spots like Mouse Maharani Fort, Bala Fort. By the time you finish these two places, I will be free and will meet you at City Centre where we can have traditional Rajasthan cuisine. Later on, we can cover other attraction spots like Salasar Lake, City Museum.
I hope all the arrangements are acceptable. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
