Dear Jane,
I hope this letter finds you well. I got so happy when I heard you are coming to Newyork next week. Sorry, I didn't write to you earlier because I’ve been so busy with my work these days and I have to work until midnight every day because of the new project I'd before said about to you. And thank you for your kind invitation to the cinema next Monday. I'd love to come with you, but unfortunately, I'm going to present some details of the project at an important meeting next Monday. So, I’m working hard on it.
I really want to know how long you decide to stay in Newyork because I’d really like to catch up with you as soon as possible. I will be free next Wednesday. So, It will be great for going to the cinema on Wednesday if possible for you.
Listen! I have a good plan. As you know next Friday will be my birthday. If you can stay here until next Friday, I will hold a small birthday party with some of our high school friends. It will be unforgettable as we can meet each other after several years. Please, let me know about your plan for next Friday.
I hope to see you soon.
All the best,
Sarah Smith
