Dear Sir,

My name Rachel, a senior physiotherapist in your company. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the accommodation provided by the organization in an oversea meeting.

I had an oversea meeting in Singapore regarding advances in electrotherapy instruments for pain management from 15th to 20th of December. The meeting was basically about new technologies like laser and three-dimensional traction for the treatment of pain. I had left Rajiv Gandhi Airport on the 14th evening and have arrived at hotel Silver Star on the 15th morning. First of all, the hotel was not up to the standard level, and the facilities were poor. In addition to it, the hotel was located on the outskirts because of which daily traveling to the meeting venue; Paradise Biomedicals was time-consuming. As a result, I was not able to reach the venue on time on the first day. Moreover, while returning, finding a cab was very difficult, and most drivers did not prefer to go so far.

I would like to recommend you to provide a premium hotel for the employees. Our company usually deals with the instruments provided with the Paradise Biomedicals, so it would be apt to provide accommodation near it. Kindly ensure that the hotel bookings in another country are made with proper research so that the employees, who travel abroad, are not inconvenienced.

Yours faithfully,

Richa
