Dear Sir,
I am a regular member of your club for last three years and I am writing to inform you about my discontinuation from the next month.
As I can remember, three years ago, one of my friend introduced me with your club when I came at Danforth for my job. Soon after being influenced by the positive vibes of the club, I became a member by subscribing the Platinum Membership. For this category, I had to pay twice in a year and I had always done it though my credit card. To be honest, the club was really melting pot for the like-minded people from Danforth area. I must appreciate that I have developed a greater sense of socialization from this place and it helped me to recover from culture-shock here in Canada. I have learned how networking can be initiated simply by being a member of a renowned club like yours. Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue my official connection with this club from the next month.
I understand, the decision is abrupt and it was made once I got the notification from my employer to be transferred with promotion to the new branch at Scarborough. Therefore, I will not be able to maintain the membership from that remote place and hence, I am requesting you to consider my letter as a notification for discontinuation.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Kumar Sampad.
