you recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. you phoned the shop but no action was taken.
Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter
1. Describe the problem with the equipment
2. Explain what happened when you phoned the shop
3 say what you would like the manager to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Kumar Sampad and I am a regular customer of your shop. I am writing this letter to raise an official complaint about the electric blender purchased from your shop last week.
I purchased Philips 87A Crushing Machine from your branch to serve all types of blending purposes. As per the specification, it was supposed to be able to crush ice blocks for making cold smoothies, but unfortunately, the blades stop working even with a small amount of ice. Although fruit juices can be made smoothly, it can not be considered at all as an all-purpose blending machine. Soon after noticing the problem, I called the technician from your customer service department. However, they took notes on my problem but nobody arrived at my home yet to inspect it physically.
From a reputed brand shop, after-sales-service is a vital issue to satisfy any customer which is unfortunately absent at your branch. Since the blender is still under warranty coverage, I would like to ask for a replacement blender within next two days, and full refund in case of failure to replace.
I look forward to hearing back from you immediately.
Yours faithfully,
Kumar Sampad.
