For the past year, you have been a member of a local club. Now you want to discontinue your membership.
Write a letter to the club secretary. In your letter
state what type of membership you have and how you have paid for this.
give details on how you have benefited from the club.
explain why you want to leave.
Dear Mr behzadi,
I am a citizen of Tehran and live near your club on Shhi Street.I am writing a letter about my membership.
I have been a member of your club for a year and have worked in a variety of dances at the club.Of course, I was mostly involved in ice skating and salsa dancing.I work in a construction company for 5 years. I had a high salary in the company. As a result, I was able to fully charge my membership fee.
I love to dance. And by joining the club I was able to get to know most of the dances and most importantly all the cultures of different countries. And on the other hand, my social connections increased and I made many friends.
I met someone at the club who is the vice president of a large construction company in Dubai. He offered me a great job at their company.
I want to accept this offer and move to Dubai for further work. Because I know this will make most of my wishes. And for that I can no longer be a member of your club. Thank you for your efforts.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible
Yours sincerely,
Daniali
