Dear mr bahrami,
I am from London and have come to your city for spring vacation. I am one of your frequent travelers to your hotel. I arrived at your hotel on July 25th and will stay here for 10 days.I am writing a complaint letter about your heating system.
When I got to the city the weather was quite sunny and warm and my room's cooling system was working well but since last night the weather was unexpectedly cold.And I can not use my room's heating system and now my room is too cold.I have come to your city in addition to spending vacations on a major project that has been frozen by this situation and canceled all my business appointments.
I was always happy with your hotel service and always had all the amenities available to passengers.But unfortunately on my current trip I have had problems. I would ask you to be more careful about hotel facilities.
You know that the weather in your city can change at any moment and it can get very cold this season.I even informed one of your employees about the failure of the heating system but they have not done anything so far.
I hope you will fix my room system soon. If it can not be repaired, I would like to settle with your hotel and want another hotel for me.And I also demand that you return the two-day money I have left here in the cold room.
