Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you to express my discontent with Internet connection that your company provides in our area. I must confess that this interruption cause me not to finish my assignments in time. This situation is compounded by the fact that I forced to pay penalties owing to this delay.
Your company has well-known reputation due to its customer care and you precisely guaranty Internet packages features such as speed, traffic and volume as has been shown in your websites. Being disconnected has huge impact on me and our neighbors. In the other hand, whenever is connected, slow speed of the Internet that is as few as kb, makes our daily compulsory works much harder. It is impossible to do to shopping or even pay bills by e-bank.
As you are forerunner enterprise, I expect you to ask your staff come and fix this problem. You can do drive test if you want scrutinized the difficulty. Hence, your company is accountable for mitigating the speed and connection problems, please take any prompt solution to fix it.
