Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Internet service which you provide for our region, the omid complex. I would like to draw to your attention to some major problems with Internet accessibility through the last days.
It is about three days that we are not able to connect to the Internet. To be exact, we do not have constant access to the Internet and most of the time the Internet was clogged. The last time that connected to the Internet was Saturday morning and since then, not only me but also some of the neighbors who use your company services, having struggle with the Internet connection.
This problem caused much negative consequence, as the Internet plays a vital role in our daily life. To illustrate this, I have some important ongoing projects that need a great deal of research and negotiation with other colleagues from other branches. I used to do these tasks via the Internet by exploring related websites and e-mail, respectively. Besides, I know one of my neighbors use the Internet for selling his products and these days have many compliant from his customer because he was not able to offer online services.
I would like to ask you to solve this problem as soon as possible. I think the best way to rectify the situation is to send your operator to examine all connections.
