The pie charts below show the comparison of carbohydrates, protein, fat of three different diets: average diet, healthy diet for sport, and healthy diet.
Overall, carbohydrates have the largest proportion in each diet especially in a healthy diet for sport. And fat was the lowest share of the diet.
On the average diet, the number of carbohydrates and protein accounted for the highest proportion, at 40% of the total. The amount of fat was slightly lower, at 20%.
In a healthy diet, the rate of carbohydrates is 50%, it's the most higher percentage in the pie chart of a healthy diet. Protein and fat take up less than only 30% & 20%.
In a Healthy diet for sports, with a sports training regimen, the percentage of carbohydrates accounts for the highest of all three diets at 60%. Amount of protein, 25%, less than those who eat a healthy diet, 15%. Finally, the number of fat accounts for only 15% of it at least.
