Dear Sir or Madam,
I am one of your travel insurance customers and my name is Damla Uygur. I am writing to inform you about the necklace that I have lost during my trip to Italy.
Last week, I went to Italy to join some meetings for my company and I stayed at the Green hotel for a week. Wednesday, I wore my gold necklace which has three little points of brilliant. After I finished the meetings, I went to the hotel’s beach to swim. When I realized that I had the necklace, I took it out and put it into my bag. I have not checked my bags till now, unfortunately, the necklace is not in the bag. I think it drops into the sand.
Before writing to you, I called the hotel to ask if they found a necklace, but they told me they did not find anything. I am sending you a picture of me with the necklace and the bill for it. I would be grateful if you could pay me the full amount. For any further information, you can call me.
Best regards,
Damla
