Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to let you know, that, due to some constraints I encountered at airport, I missed my flight, last Saturday to New Delhi. It was scheduled at 7am, and I arrived on time to check in. But you maybe aware of the travelling of a former chief minister of kerala, made chaos in security checking procedures. Hence, it caused delay with some passengers in their proceedings, and I also victimized the same.
Even though my journey was arranged on short notice, it was purely an official trip. You can empathize my situation, as like anyone, my journey too was crucial for my business. After all, I informed my party of NewDelhi about the inconvenience occured, thus they were kind enough to reschedule the meeting on coming Saturday. I had requested my airlines for a reimbursement and they accepted it in a way which I can travel to the same destination within a week at free of cost.
I have a suggestion to improve the experience of passengers like me. I think Airport security checking methods are of high standard, therefore it seems not logical to provide special consideration for VIP travelers by causing delay to other passenger's proceedings. For this reason I request you to take an extra effort to avoid these troubles in the future to ensure customer satisfaction.
I am expecting your prompt action in this case.
