Lectures given by teachers in universities used to be the only way of teaching students, however, nowadays technology has evolved and made it possible to study online. This causes many people to believe that the lecture system will not be needed in the future. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Replacement of traditional classrooms with online classes is becoming popular now. But the reliability in new technology is still continuing as a questionable thing for the majority of the courses. However, I believe that the online study would seem appealing for the working-class category, and in rare cases, it would be a productive option to depend.

To begin with, it cannot be denied that online facility had enabled numerous working-class people to continue their higher education. Fundamentally, this was launched for adults, who stay far away places and do work at the same time. This is because of the convenience to attend class through the internet, irrespective of geographical barriers and time constraints. Hence, this idea was accepted by a myriad of population and they avail the benefits of this approach to educate themselves or to upgrade their employability skills. Moreover, several unemployed and educated youth had joined this platform to provide classes with less investment. This is what we can see on YouTube, anyone can upload educational videos without investing money and in return, they would receive an income as per the quality, thus increased viewership.

Nevertheless, the advantages which brought to certain people's life, this method is not advisable for mainstream education at school and college. It is argued of the age of students at school and college is too young to educate via the internet. While compared to conventional teaching classes, online way of teaching does not provide much intensive learning atmosphere and adequate guidance, especially for high professional courses. Therefore, it is most recommended for matured students.

To conclude, from the aforementioned facts and reasons, it is clearly evident that, the people who reap the positive effects of internet classes are mostly working-class population. Despite the growing demand for this system, it never causes to undermine the requirement of lectures of teaching staff at the primary, secondary and tertiary level of education.
