Dear Sir,
I am writing to you this letter to complain about a hazardous matter regarding garbage system in my neighborhood. Let me explain the situation in detail, my name is Jack Smith. I live in house 737, Victor Bond street. Unfortunately, it is been 5 weeks since the last garbage truck came to pick up our rubbish pins. Which resulted in huge piles of waste materials in front of our houses.

My neighbors and I are devastated by the current disappointing appearance of our steer. Additionally, these mountains of rubbish are releasing unpleasant odours, consequently attracting insects and mosquitos all day long. Furthermore, a couple of our residents complained about rats and raccoons rooming inside their backyards.

I urgently requesting an immediate reaction from your side to solve this crucial situation. I suggest you send trucks as soon as possible to pick up the current garbage. Moreover, rechecking the schedules of rubbish trucks, and monitor their tracks to assure that they pass by our street weekly to collect our pins.
I appreciate your cooperation and looking forward to hearing from you regarding this aspect as soon as possible.
Your faithfully,
Jack Smith
