Dear sir,
I would like to put forward some changes that could reform our reception area which have many criticisms from the customers.
The seating area is the foremost thing that have to be rearranged, as it provides only few seats and the seats need to be refurnished.this is the prime complaint we received about this room. Furthermore, the notice board is not up-to-date,and many complained about this.
As our company have many visitors daily,the visiting room is very important. Moreover,it is the place that visitors could enquire about the company.
I would like to suggest some ideas to improve our reception. first of all the room need to be painted with white and could include some more lighting and ceiling fans, so that visitors will have a good impression at first. The notice board should be updated every day and should include the room numbers of the management trustees.
These are some ways to enhance the reception area.I hope you would consider these suggestions to rebuild our visitors area.
