I am writing to inform you about the inconvenience caused due to the irregularity in regard to bus service, in my locality over the past two weeks.
I am a regular traveler on BEST bus No. 422 which en route Marol Depot towards Bandra. I am a disciplinarian and have been promptly following the bus schedule on your website. My daily ride at 7:22 am is repeated delayed, and has created a disruption in my routine.
Relying on services has lead to break my unblemished punctuality record in my professional career. I'm very disappointed with the inefficient and unpredictability of your services. The timetable isn't updated regularly and I assume that a new driver has been appointed for the morning shift.
I request you to kindly alter the route or address the matter at concern with the driver, I am certain, that it is not just me alone who is affected but the delayed commute. I expect you to be more prompt with your online services and keep the bus status updated, to least, maintain the quality of the service promised.
