Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that there has been frequent irregularity of public bus transport facilities in my area for last 2 weeks.
The nearest junction to my home is a popular spot to catch regular public transport during office hours. Accordingly, I follow the same route to reach to desire destination. For last 2 weeks, folks are experiencing reliability issues with public bus timing due to huge traffic and metro construction work. People are waiting for long time. At the last minute, they either booking cabs or shuttle which is far expensive than bus fare.
Eventually, all these are resulting several issues that affecting daily life. For example, office going people are getting late on most of the days. Those who have plans to visit doctors, can not reach on time. Students are getting late who don't avail school buses.
I would like to suggest an idea to get rid of this issue easily. Transport department could introduce app & install GPS devices to the buses. This way people could easily track and catch the early available bus as or when required.
