Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to you on the problems we are facing often in our area. Everyone in our area including students and office going people affect more as no bus service is on time and most of the buses are getting broke down on the way.
Also would like to inform that as there are three men's colleges in this place, women often suffer getting into the bus and the drivers are also unable to help them in case of any emergency due to over crowd. As a public servant employee in a hospital, even I am facing the same issue and unable to reach on time to the hospital to serve the patients.
Please note that this might lead to theft while travelling and it requires your kind attention to get these sorted out at the earliest. I would like to suggest your transport department to provide us new bus services which will help us to avoid break down situations and also it would be great if you could increase number of shutle services in the morning and evening peak hours to avoid the mentioned problems in our areas.
