There is a problem with the changing rooms in the sports centre that you visit. You have complained several times but with no success. Write a letter to the manager of the sports centre. In your letter:

◾Describe what the problem with the changing rooms is
◾Say what happened the last times you complained
◾Explain what you want the manager to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am James Smith, one of the premium members of your sports club and writing this letter to make a complaint about the situation of the changing rooms.

First and foremost, I need to appreciate it for providing personal coaches and also a full-time specialist in sports injuries, which have been a real blessing. I am afraid to declare, however, that there are two main issues. First, in the bathrooms, the plugholes are always blocked up with hair which is so irritating. Additionally, changing room floor, where we take off and on our clothes, has constantly been slippery with some water on it. Therefore, we are in danger of falling down and hurting ourselves.

Needless to say, I have complained about these conundrums on two occasions, The first time I came to your receptionist, named John if I am not mistaken, and he assured me to resolve them. Another time was a week later when I phoned there, and again I was promised that everything would be taken care of well. Nevertheless, nothing has happened.

I would like to ask you sincerely that in order to resolve the issues, either create an employee scheduling system or hire a part-time worker so that the mentioned areas are cleaned.

Thank you so much,
James Smith
