There is a problem with the changing rooms in the sports centre that you visit. You have complained several times but with no success.
Write a letter to the manager of the sports centre. In your letter:
• describe what the problem with the changing rooms is
• say what happened the last times you complained
• explain what you want the manager to do.
Dear Mr.John,
I am Rehana Diwan and I am a veteran customer since 2016 with this centre. Unfotunately, I have complained myriad times for changing rooms’ hindarences but I have not got any success till now.
Well, I would like to draw some flaws which I have been facing. The first and foremost issue, is with lightings in the rooms. To be more precise, current light bulbs are working but all are as light as the nightangle. That’s why we loose some our precious things such as shocks, hair pins, cream, soap. Another major issue is with number of rooms. Though you have proper numbers, it needs more because with time your centre has grown rapidly. Due to this reason you have got good number of members. Hence, sometimes changing rooms teeming with members. Owing to this, it creates congestion.
Indeed, you have experienced and professional staffs still last time when I was complained them again, they were little rude to me and harshly told to me that these all are frivolous ideas which you are telling to us. Specially, Mr. Rachel, a management head, totally had forgotten who am I ?
I only need that these all problems should be solved as soon as possible and you should take detailed feedback from other members too. If you will take their feedback, you will be able to find the right solution and these improvements could become a strength for your centre’s development.
Hope you will consider my suggestion and will act promptly.
Yours sincerely,
Rehana Diwan
