Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is a formal complaint with regards to explicit my discontent towards the road maintenance carried in the suburbs of Red Avenue.
My name is Billy Jones and I am a final year student of Human Sciences at Humber College. I have been living in the area of Sr Jones Street, 428 Road, Toronto, Canada for the past 21 years. To recollect correctly I had never any chances of reaching to council before.
As a starting point, it has been constantly observed that the workers tend to work during late hours of the day to avoid traffic congestion. Moreover, the noise generated from the hefty machines and gigantic gears do not let the elderly and children sleep. Not only the neighborhood is irked up with the ongoing operations of the pathway build however, it has also disturbed my schedule deliberately. Besides this, I have to take my final exams in the coming week and I am unable to concentrate on my studies due to lack of sleep and anxiety.
Since you are the council of the area hence has the authority to make the situation better. I would like to make few suggestions so that the society does not face any repercussions. Firstly, the work can be split in two slots of the day which will expedite process. The nosiest part can be done during the day so that noise blends with the other sounds and the rest of the work can be done in the second half of the slot with minimalist noise. Secondly, the council can also empower the workforce numbers for the speedy closure.
I would appreciate your immediate attention towards this matter and looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Billy Jones
