Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Mehul Shah and I am a resident of Shastri nagar area.I have come to know about road repair work is ongoing,particularly after 6:00 pm.My flat is just next to the opposite side of the site.Though,we understand that this repair work will be ultimately for the benefit of people leaving in this area.But,we are facing some problems as well.
We have senior citizens at our home and kids also.Due to the large noise coming from road roller and hefty machines; it becomes difficult to concentrate on the activities like study,sleep,work etc.Also,most of the time, can hear workers shouting loudly particularly at night.This is indeed disturbing.
I would like to mention few suggestions.First of all,if possible please make sure that work is divided in two slots which will speed up process.Also,it would be great if repair part that involves roller or machine can be carried out during day time.If workers are to be taught some basic etiquettes,it will be an added advantage.
I am sure you will definitely help as local council member.
