To whom it May Concern,
I am writing this letter regarding buying an accomodation in Canada. I will move from Moscow to Toronto for work in March. I am looking for a house for purchase where I will live with my small family. Firstly, I want to tell you a few words about my family. My Husband Dan works from home and my 10-years-old daughter Lilly studies at middle-school.
It means that I want to find a small house with a basement and 3 bedrooms, one for my husband and me and 2 for infants. We are going to become parents again and a second children's room is necessary. In addition, it will be nice if heating is provided by gas and utilities will contain cleaning of territory. What is more, the Internet connection should be sustainable in this block because as I said before my husband is using work remotely.
As for location, I want a safe and green district with an excellent middle-school nearby. It is of prime importance for us in choosing a place for living. I have seen such an area in the south part of the city. But maybe you could offer me something better.
I would really appreciate it if you could send me some options and hope for fruitful cooperation.
