Write a letter to a college principal where you attended a one day computer course and are unhappy about the way it was conducted Explain what was the type of the course what happened and what can be done to make sure this problem never occurs again

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I am not satisfied with one day computer course that I have attended last week on Friday. While all the other arrangements were perfect, still the way it was handled was not optimum.
Let me explain my situation. The course in which I had enrolled was supposed to teach us basic computer learning with advanced telly programming software course. First of all, the class was about to commence at 10 o' clock. Due to some technical errors and poor connectivity, the whole situation got messed up .Because of that we lost our precious time of learning into that tense atmosphere. Moreover, these issues were persistent throughout. Hence, by the time our day came to an end we got less than an hour to get our hands on telly program for which we all were very excited.
I would like to offer some suggestions so that in future everyone who are taking part in such course can have best out of it. To start with, checking all the systems and connectivity one day prior is must. On top of that having a technician standby all the time is mandatory so that there can be no delay if some issues arise.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Monali.
