I am a regular customer of your shop and buy useful items at regular intervals.Like always,this time I ordered a brand new movies DVD's which I received.To my shock,it was faulty so I am writing this letter to tell you the same and requesting you for the refund as well.
Last week,I ordered some DVDs from your company.I received them by courier.After opening,it came to my notice that DVD had a crack in it.When I raised this concern to your team immediately,they gave me plenty of excuses.I noticed they sent me the wrong one also.I rang again and asked them to change to the one I wanted.At last,they sent me other movies DVDs but not the one which I requested for.
This was really an unaccepted aapproach.I had to remind now and then and repeatedly they did the same thing.So now I don't want any further help but immediate refund instead.Also,I ask you to please let members of your team understand this mistake should not happen anymore in future.
