Write a letter to the hospital. In your letter

2. Say what type of unpaid work you would be able to do

3. Give details of when you would be available for this work

Write not less than 150 words

To whom it might concern:

My name is Giang and I am currently a medical student at the University of Toronto. I saw on The Local News yesterday that you are looking for a volunteering staff working at the hospital and I would like to apply for the position.

As I mentioned, I am a sophomore at a medical school and I am interested in achieving some experience before graduation. If I am able to be placed in a recovery room where I will take care of patients after surgeries, it would be great. Since there are some of my subjects in the school required practical experiments, the volunteering work at the hospital will provide me with more advantages compared to other peers. Not only do I have a great experience, but I also think this will help me with my career ladder after finishing school.

As for the working time, I am available weekdays after 4 PM and almost every weekend. Please shoot me a message if my letter interests you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
