I am writing about the problems that passengers of bus 5113, including me, had been facing some over the last two weeks. This bus has arrived twenty minutes late at Chacon Street, where I live. Besides, I saw an impaired person not be able to get on the bus several times because the wheelchair lift was broken.
These issues are affecting me and other passengers. As an example, I received three warnings due to delay. The bus lag prolongs the travel time and causes me to arrive up to forty minutes late at work.
I would like to suggest to you to add new technology and install bus tracker in your company. GPS devices will help you to report bus location data. Furthermore, you should do the repair of the wheelchair lift because it must always be available. Finally, I also would like to ask you for a letter explaining and admitting the recent sad events to me to present it at my work.
