Write a letter to restaurant manager. In your letter,•Explain that you would like to apply for the job•Give some details of any relevant experience that you have•Specify the days and times that would suit you

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is John, I recently moved to New York from Chicago and am writing in connection with advertisement for job vacancy in your restaurant. I am currently looking for a job here and would like to work with you.

I did Hotel Management coarse from a very prestigious college of New York " Will Smith College of Hotel Management" with good grades. Later, I did my internship of one year from one of the famous hotels, "The Park Avenue" located in downtown of New York city. After which, I also worked as an assistant manager in that same hotel for two years.

When I read about this job vacancy in a news paper, I felt that I am perfectly suited for this job. I have the potential to convince the customer and to serve him/her in a best way. Although, I have many attributes such as intelligence, honesty, diligence. However, I think that my biggest asset is "Patience" because I strongly believe that it's the most essential quality that is required in this industry.

I am available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 11pm. I generally do not prefer to work on weekends unless there is an emergency. I hope that you will like my profile as I am very keen to work under your tutelage. I am looking forward to hear from you. My contact no is 1432-5467378.

Yours faithfully,
John
