Write a letter to a translation company about the report to be translated urgently. You should write about:
a) Explain the content of the letter?
b) Why you need the translated report?
c) Why do you need it urgently?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request a translation of a letter on an urgent basis. Allow me to elaborate.
The document which is to be translated is a letter of experience which was issued to me by my previous employer. The contents of the letter are the number of hours I have worked, my position in the organization and the total salary that I was drawing from the company.
I would have not needed to avail your services, but due to a recent circular issued by the government. I have to make sure that the documents submitted are either in English or Spanish. Since the letter is in French which makes it necessary for me to get it translated.
Further, I have one request which is to expedite the translation. I have to submit the document within 2 weeks from today. I will really appreciate if the same can be done as early as possible.
I hope you will be able to help me.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason
