Dear Sir,
From past few weeks, our neighborhood has become an unhygienic locality due to poor government cleaners that you have assigned in our area. Therefore, I am writing this letter for the necessary actions required to be taken to resolve the litter conditions on our streets.
We have only two cleaning workers in our locality which is unable to provide a clean and healthier condition in our society. Due to the less number of workers, litters thrown by people remain on the road for days in our locality. Besides, we do not have dustbins installed outside in our area which is one of the requirement to thrown garbage's that are produced by locals.
Due to unhealthy and non-cleanliness environment, there are a several number of problems that could cause deteriorating effects by spreading of diseases like cholera, dengue and malaria in our area.
To resolve this ongoing problem, I could suggest you to installed dustbins on the every ends of our street, so that outsiders and locals can throw litters in dustbins. Plus, increase the cleaning staff in our area, so that they can maintain a clean and hygienic environment in our colony.
I am hoping to receive a quick resolution on this complaint letter.
