Dear Manager;
I write this letter to let you know about the problem that I noticed on computer system since last week. In general, it is a good system, there are many facilities, and I know it was very expensive to get it but I have been testing it for a few days and the system gets slow when I need to save unfinished projects. It is impossible to work this way because the computers does not work properly; the system close out of the blue and I lose everything that I planned to do.
I asked all engineers that have been using the same system and they said this problem is occurring very often and we cannot save any archive bigger than eight megabytes. The mainly motive is because the system requires a license to unlock more memory and allow the creation of the big projects. I have been searching the values to buy this license and it cost $50 per computer, no require assistance to install it and I can do this in all computers. It is essential for us to get it as soon as possible because our clients are claiming and we cannot do anything without upgrading the memory of the computer system.
