Dear Mr Brown,
I am writing a letter to let you know about a problem that I am encountering with my computer.
According to our customer – Ms Amber’s project requirement, we need to use a software named “pointcloud” to reconstruct a 3d model. However, the computation of the computer became slow and stuck when doing 3d model reconstruction, due to the CPU loading almost reaching the limitation. Furthermore, the computer will crash and hang if the 3d model becomes bigger. Whether the computer cannot use the software or crash and shutdown on the way, it made me unable to work.
I investigate the problems and found out that the computer do not have GPU to help 3d calculation and the software used a lot of resources. Therefore, I would like to request a new computer with a higher speed CPU, GPU and larger memories. I would appreciate it if you could consider my situation.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Wong
