Dear Sir,
I hope your day is going great. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice a computer system problem I have encountered.
The issue that I am having is related to the keyboard of the system. A technical glitch has occurred and this is affecting it in such a way that you can't type effectively with the keyboard. Although, most times it gets to work temporarily for a period of time and later stops working suddenly.
In addition to what I described above, my work is mostly affected when it comes to time taken to deliver a work. The virtual keyboard is not as effective when it comes to typing, because it is a software. I have tried to manage this situation for some time, but it's not helping my workload.
I want the system to be taken to the IT unit, so it can be checked and repaired as soon as possible. Further, I would appreciate if it can be done this week to enable me clear the jobs I have on my desk.
