I am writing today to complaint you about the dreadful experience of my one-week holiday to Rajasthan, and I would like you to address this issue as early as possible.
Last month, I planned a vacation to go to Rajasthan to visit the beautiful destination like Jaipur, Udaipur, Bikaner, and Alwar. It was a one-week holiday that I booked by calling on your company number and spoked to one of your travel agent. The expense of whole trip costs us around 6000 thousand rupees only that includes travel, food, and accommodation facilities.
Unfortunately, the planned holiday package did not execute well due to your poor services bookings. Firstly, the room provided to us for a stay at my every destination, was not able to complete our needs by providing a functionality of Aircon services, as a result, I felt exhausted after spending whole day by learning about cultures and traditions of different locations in Rajasthan. Secondly, the food was tasteless and unhygienic to my diet. And, due to this, I had to eat at my own expense in good restaurants which was not only hard to find but also were costly on every meal that I had on my entire vacation.
I have attached my costs of food bill which I had spent separately on this trip. Therefore, I would like to get a full refund of the same amount as your company's holiday package served low-class services to me.
