Dear Mr. Sharma,
My name is Shwatank Bhasin, and I am one of the trusted customer's of your bank for past ten years. However, I am writing this letter in order to complaint you about the missing debit card which I requested from the bank yesterday via express post services. Therefore, I request you to kindly take an immediate action on the same from this letter.
I requested for a new debit card because my current card got expired last week. For my work, I have to travelled a lot and I need to make transactions in cash, and the quick medium of cash I could get only from debit card by using ATM machines. Due to this reason, I requested for a new debit card on immediate purpose by paying extra fee to the bank.
Yesterday, when I opened the envelope, I checked that the card was missing, and It was surprisingly shocking moment I had ever seen in my life with such kind of service from your bank. I am concerned and worried about my account's security in your bank.
Hence, I request you to please disable my new requested debit card, and grant me a newly debit card as soon as possible. It's really hard for me to go on my work with limited amount of cash.
I am looking forward for a prompt action from your end.
Yours sincerely,
Shwatank Bhasin
