Dear sir,
My friends and I had dinner at your restaurant on last Saturday. I am writing this letter to express complaining about the food and the service.
During the visit, me and my friends faced various problems when we had dinner that weekend night. Firstly, the behavior of service staff is too disparate and atrocious. Owning to this, one of waiter after splitting curry on my friend's lap and did not even care for apologize. Secondary, the served Mexican Continental cuisine smells odorless and seems cooked long time ago. Due to this me and my friends suffered from food poisoning and stomach-ache. Lastly, the washroom was filthy and in unhygienic condition.
However, the charged extra amount for meals beside the mentioned price in menu. Also, I think dessert was stale. Moreover, the waiters are not spotless which makes unconsciousness in mind. Now, which wisely affected the health and wastage of penury on unexpected illness.
I strong feel that your management will rectify all these problems as early as possible and took cautious steps to keep the trust and satisfaction of most customers. I expect you to refund or compensate the cost of mine meal. A copy of the bill enclosed here with this letter.
