Dear Mr. Thomas,
I am writing this letter to get your approval to use the video presentation room for one month from now. As you are aware that I and Naveen were assigned to work on collecting the testimonials of the speakers who attended the conference, we need that room for better extraction.
In detail, we have received almost 180 videos from our customers and we need to sort it them country wise and then update them on our site. The video room could be helpful to us because we can cut the original videos, make them short and then update.
Furthermore, in order to make the room more appealing, we would like to suggest some changes. As it is a video room, we request you to please ask the administrative staff to clear off the unnecessary things and add the projector and a camera so that we can view the videos clearly.
We would be grateful if you could do the needful at earliest.
Yours sincerely,
James Richard
