Dear Mr. Thomas,
I, Divya, am one of the students studying at St. Thomas Night College, Hyderabad. I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction with a few sections of the course.
In detail, I joined in the two years nursing course a couple of months ago by making a payment of Rupees 12,000. During my joining, the administrative staff had informed me that there would be 4 theoretical classes from Monday to Thursday and one practical session every Saturday.
But, to my surprise, we were never taken to any practical sessions until date. Moreover, it is mentioned in the coursebook that we need to complete six practical’s by the time we enter the third month’s course. When the tutor was questioned, he informed us that two practical classes are completed, for which our whole class was astonished.
Being the director of the college, it is your prime responsibility to cross-check with the teachers’ performance. Now that we have faced many troubles, I would be kind if you ask the tutor, Mr. Jack to start the course from initial stages and teach us as per the records which were given on our joining.
I am anticipating a positive response at the earliest.
Yours sincerely,
Divyasree
