You and your colleagues just came back from a foreign language training. Write a letter to the manager and say

-explain how you and your colleagues enjoyed the training

Suggest more training sessions in the future

Say when and where it should be conducted

Dear Mr. Shah,

I am working as a Human Resource manager at your company. I am one of the employees to whom our company sent for French language training course to overseas. I am writing this letter to appreciate the course on behalf of all the attendee.

To begin with, I really would like to express my gratitude to the company for organising such language training programme. Everything was well organised in the course and especially course tutors were very excellent and professional in their teaching. As company organised this course in France, it also helped us in understanding the culture of France which has made our language learning much easier as you know that language and culture are inter-related. Now, we all feel more confident that we would be better able to communicate with our French clients.

I would like to suggest you that company can organise refresher course for its employees once in every quarter so that it can help us in becoming fluent in French language. However, training should be conducted in our office or online so that it cannot pile up the work.

Once again thanking you for organising this course.

Yours sincerely,

Gaurav Patel
