Dear max

I am Anjali Gupta living in an apartment which we you have given on rent last month at $300 PM. we are four Members in family. The apartment comprised two bed room, kitchen, one living room and one common washroom, having wooden furnishing.
in first month the apartment condition was very good but when rainy season started, the wooden almirah and compartments in washroom got moisturised because of rain. And the walls are also getting moisturised and it is looking very unpleasent. The living room has sitting sofas and wooden chairs. The sofa condition is very worst as its one side cover is tored and stiching has removed. The wooden chair one leg is broken and we are not able to use it.

almirah is also not good.

it is my humble request kindly check al these and hire any carpainter to repair all these so that we can use.
