Hope this letter finds you well. I am Riaz, your tenant for past 3 years in Street 60, Hillway road, London. I intend to write this letter to raise a concern that requires your immediate attention. We moved into your fully furnished house and we have been using furniture and other household items with care and sincerity. However, I would like to tell you that some of the furniture requires repair. Particularly, drawing room sofas furniture polish is faded. Furthermore, dining table’s one chair leg is broken and complete family cannot sit together for meals as we are total of 6 people.
I request you to please send a carpenter for repair at your earliest possibility. Repairing will take almost a week’s time so early action in this regard will be of great support. Also, if you could consider to replace the drawing room sofas as they now outdated and don’t look good.
