Dear Sir or Madam,

This is to let you know that me and my family has decided to spent the next weekend in a resort which is close to the sea. After researching through the Internet, we have finalised Atasa Resort, as it is convenient for us both in terms of Location and budget.

I would like to discuss our plain in brief with you. First of all we would like to commence our journey on 12th April and intend to stay for 3 nights. During our visit we want to stay in 1 bhk apartment available with you, as we are family of 3 which includes my wife and 5 year old son. We enjoy watching the calm sea through our balcony and therefore request you to book a sea-facing room for us.

Apart from this we would like to enquire, what would be the cost of the room and which activities it includes? While going through your website we have come across a plethora of activities your resort have to offer, so we are excited to treat ourselves with wide range of activities this weekend and bring a lot of memories with us when we return. Also, we want you to guide us through different places which are of cultural interest.

Could you please revert us back with all the required information, so that we can go ahead and book the resort at the earliest.

Thanks and Regards,

Kutub.
