I hope your day is going great today. My name is Adam Grant, and I am the new Tennant that just rented your two-bedroom apartment located at World Bank Housing Estate Umuahia. I am writing this letter with regards to the problems I encountered in you property.
Firstly, after we packed into the apartment, I noticed that the sink in the kitchen had a leakage. My wife was washing the dishes we used to have dinner when I saw water dropping from beneath the sink on to the ground. Although I tried to fix the problem, the sink was still leaking since it was still faulty.
Secondly, as I and my family got into the property, I flushed the visitor's toilet and found out it was also leaking. I tried to figure out what the issue was, but I did not find the problem, so my wife told me to inform you about the challenge.
I want these problems fixed as soon as possible so that it would not inconvenience the entire household. Leakages can breed insects such as mosquitoes, and it can make the house untidy as long as water is leaking in some parts of the house.
