Hello! I Hope you're well and looking forward to your stay at my place. I'm just writing to tell you a few things that you'll need to know.
The first thing you'll need to collect the key from one of my neighbors. just pop round to flat number 10 any time after 5 PM and ask for Sneha. She'll expecting you, and she'll tell you about key.

if the weather get bit warmer, you might to turn off the heating. just open the cover on boiler in the kitchen and look for a"ON/OFF" switch.you can also open the living room window using one of key but please shut them if you go out.

In last only other thing to tell you is that there'll be a festival in the town during the second week of your visit. I think you should go there and enjoy the festival. And don't forget to go to that restaurant I told you about, it called "The Gangor" and it's just end of the street.
