Dear Sir,
This letter is regarding my movement into your apartment which is due by next month. I would like to inform you that, I will not be able to move this coming month, and I apologize to give you this information in such a short notice because I am here in a situation, which forced me to take such a decision.
As I already informed you, my hometown is Jaipur and I came to Noida for further studies. I have to leave for Jaipur this coming week as my father is not well, he has been diagnosed as diabetic. I am the only child, and for me he is on top priority. I do not want this situation to get worst, as he is on the initial level of this disease, which can become critical if not treated on time.
I would request you to allow me to move in after 2 months from now. Till then I am ready to pay extra token amount, which can be served as one month of the rent and this will not incur any sort of loss to you on your property. Please respond by replying on this letter about your views on this. I will be grateful if you help me in this situation.
