Dear Mike,
I just wanted to give you some instructions regarding the time I’ll be away in Brazil to attend to my cousin’s wedding.
Firstly, I wanted to thank you for accepting staying in my flat and look after the property while I’m abroad. As you know, I’ll be overseas for three weeks and the flat needs to be taken care specially because of my two guinea pigs that need to be fed twice a day.
Although the flat is fairly small, you will find a cosy place to enjoy yourself with a large bedroom with a king size bed where you can comfortably sleep and a bathroom with a modern bathtub to relax while spoiling yourself with a good glass of wine. You will find the kitchen with all the sort of appliances required, and I have left food on the fridge for you, so please, make yourself at home.
Finally, I need to ask you to not forget to water the plants on the balcony and feed the guinea pigs with the hay that is located under the cabinet in the kitchen. Also, I would like you to check my mailbox periodically.
