Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear ___,
Dear Raj,
I hope you are doing well. I'm writing this to inform you about the party I have organised on 20th December for my birthday. It's my 30th birthday and I recently moved back to my home country India so, I'm inviting my nearest and dearest to enjoy this special occasion together.
I've organised the party at Lakeside Lawn which is located around 50 kilometers from my town because it is spacious and can accommodate the number of guests I have invited. You can arrive at the venue by catching a flight from Delhi to Mumbai, following which I can arrange a transportation for you from the airport till the venue. Do you remember Shashank? Even he's coming for the party.
Could you let me know the time of your arrival so that I can book an accommodation accordingly. I've already reserved the rooms in a Marriott hotel nearby the venue but, I need to give them a fixed count of guests and duration. I'd certainly love to have you at the party celebrating the day together.
I can't wait to hear from you
Your friend,
